Product Description

This Tsubaki Heavy Series carbon steel extended pitch single-strand cottered ANSI conveyor roller chain is suitable to be used with link attachments in conveyor applications. This roller chain has ring coined link plates of the following-larger chain size, lubrication grooved bushings, shot peened parts, and is pre-lubricated for longer chain life and not more initial chain adjustment. The roller chain is assembled with cotter pins, includes one connecting link for each and every 10′ of chain, and has an operating temperature range of 14 to 302 degrees F. This Tsubaki extended pitch roller chain is American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B29.1 standard, making it dimensionally interchangeable with other ANSI chains, is Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant, and is suitable to be used with attachments in conveyor applications, such as canning, bottling, and baking.

Roller chains are usually used as a power transmission component and are composed of four parts: plate, roller, bushing, and pin. A series of cylindrical rollers are held together by side links, which are compatible together into a toothed wheel referred to as a sprocket. Connecting links are used to enroll in the two ends of the chain together to form a loop.
